2. Our achievements would not have been possible without the co-operation and dedication of our work force. We are maintaining a regular work force of around 60 skilled personnel for over a decade (having a low rate of turnover of man-power). Inspite of a strong labour union, we have never been detained for a single day due to any form of labour problems. We always strive for technical excellence in all our performances.
